How DRP Enterprises Respects Your Property While We Work
While scheduling home improvement projects with contractors is a great way to bring ease of mind about certain things, customers always have the fear of strangers coming to your property and potentially damaging your yard, outdoor furniture, or creating hazards for the environment, pets, and family. Although it should be standard in the industry, there are many inexperienced, or selfish contractors out there, who rush through jobs to get paid. They don’t care how they cut corners - they do the work and leave, leaving you with the cleanup and excess repairs, with no accountability for their action.

Our team has been instructed to treat every property they work on as if it were their own. It’s polite, it’s respectful, and customers appreciate it when their property remains intact. There are several ways we respect a customer’s property:
On-Site Dumpsters / Wood Removal - For larger deck rebuilding projects, it will be necessary to have a dumpster on-site in order to collect wood and trash so it’s out of the customers’ way and promotes safety - no one wants to step on an exposed nail or broken board. If a dumpster cannot be added to the property, or is a smaller job, our team will move the wood into our work vehicles so it’s out of the way.
Moving Furniture - If our team is cleaning, restoring, repairing, or staining a deck, we will help move furniture on and off so the customer won’t have that responsibility. Older customers and those that are physically incapable of moving large objects won’t have to worry when they hire DRP Enterprises!
Tarps - Although some of our chemicals are environmentally friendly, we cover our workstations with tarp as to not get any unwanted chemicals on furniture, homes, or anywhere in the yard.
Generators - As a courtesy to our customers, our crew brings company assigned generators to supply electric to their jobsites. We do not rely on customer’s electric to run our tools and machines.
Trash / Tool Cleanup - At the end of the day, or at the end of the job, our team will clean up the area by removing wood, trash, and tools, and spruce up the yard so it looks like no one was there!
